Musicians Wanted & Available - Terms and Conditions

All submissions through the wanted/available system are subject to moderation.

We, Impact Music Ltd (Impact Studios or Impact) reserve the right to edit or reject all posts.

Impact reserves the right to remove submissions once they've been moderated ('accepted') without notice.

Should your advert become invalid within the 60 day period (i.e. if the position you're advertising is filled), you must contact Impact to inform them of this. Your post will them removed.

Posts are automatically removed after 60 days from the date of validation.

Your personal details will not be sold, rented or given to any third party. However, no responsibility will be taken for misuse by this site's visitors of your information.

You agree to keep the content of your submission (including external links) appropriate for all ages, and relevant to the purpose of advertising a musician wanted or available.

Impact will hold no responsibility for the character, behavior or personality of musicians available or bands listing for musicians wanted, nor do we guarantee the talent of bands advertising musician or musicians advertising availability.
